Delivery

National (South Africa)

  • Fastway is our chosen courier for deliveries (door to door)
  • SAPO (South African Post Office) is used as an alternate delivery option for orders placed outside main cities (counter to counter)
  • We do not bare any responsibility that comes with damaged or lost parcels delivered through Fastway or SAPO, but we will do our best to investigate unfortunate instances that may occur with orders

International (countries outside of South Africa)

  • DHL is our chosen courier for deliveries (door to door)
  • SAPO (South African Post Office) is used as an alternate affordable delivery option for orders (counter to counter)
  • We do not bare any responsibility that comes with damaged or lost parcels delivered through DHL or SAPO, but we will do our best to investigate unfortunate instances that may occur with orders

Returns

  • We do not bare costs of returned items
  • We do not offer refunds, except circumstantially such as if the product is damaged. We do however offer credit notes
  • Our vintage items have been previously worn and may have signs of age and wear - we cannot accept returns on vintage items unless the nature of discrepancy includes the aforementioned
