How long does delivery take?
Delivery will take the amount of time detailed in the shipping option you've selected above a 48 hour processing time period.
Can I collect my order or do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately we do not offer collection of orders at this point. We are solely based online and do not have a physical store.
Is it safe to do electronic payment on your site?
It is extremely safe and secure to complete payments hosted by PayFast, through our site. PayFast uses the highest encryption available to ensure all your information is safe. For more information visit www.payfast.co.za. 
Do I have to use a credit card, or are there payment options available?
There are several payment options through PayFast (EFT, credit card, etc). We also accommodate manual bank deposit payments. You are welcome to use whichever payment method suites you best as long as proof of payment is forwarded to (select the 'bank deposit' option if you'd like to make use of this payment option).
I have just placed my order, and would like to add another item. Can I do this?
Sure you can. Please email us as soon as you can so that we can include it in you first order so that you do not have to pay for delivery twice. Unfortunately you will be unable to add to your order on the site if you've already completed payment without the repeated delivery cost.
Is there a limit to the hours and/or days when I can order?
We accept order 24/7, 365. But we only send out orders during office hours (9am to 5pm) excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
I've placed my order and have not received a tracking number yet, what does this mean?
We try our best to send out orders out within 24 hours of payment, but we kindly ask for a 48 hour grace period to process your order including having it sent out. Tracking numbers are only updated 48 hours before deliveries arrive.
Which size chart do you use?
All of our items are listed in South African sizes, in accordance with international sizes. As some of our items are vintage and are without a size label, we estimate sizes closest to modern day sizing.
What are the washing guidelines for your items?
We always recommend cold water hand washing all your garments for the best results. For all natural fabrics (cotton, silk, linen, leather etc.) it would be best to send to a reputable dry cleaner.

How do I cancel my order?
Your order will automatically be cancelled after 2 days if payment has not been completed. If payment has been completed and you would like to cancel your order and be refunded, please email us within 24 hours before your order is sent out.
How do I know if the item I'd like to order is available?
Everything that is not listed as 'sold out' on the site is available for order.
I am an international shopper - do you deliver to my country, will I be charged in my own currency and what other information do I need to know before placing my order?
We deliver worldwide and your order will be charged in your currency. We offer two shipping options detailed in the checkout. For more information on delivery and returns, please visit our delivery and returns page.
